"Their posted hours of operation on the day my family and I showed up was until 6 pm. We got there at 5:07 and were looking over the menu. When we approached the window, the employee told us they were closed when they were clearly not done in the cooking area (orders were being prepared). We weren 't given any explanation as to why they were closed, we could only gather that maybe they had a bunch of orders to get done before 6? We weren 't sure. Can 't rate the food, since we didn 't get to eat here, and they didn 't offer any sort of reason why we couldn 't be served. Maybe next time we 're on the coast... Owner has since replied, saying have a heart! and people like you harass them all day! We weren 't given an opportunity to enjoy your place, much less harass your staff! My family and I were tired and hungry from travel, and were excited to get a little bit of local fare. We wouldn 't have wasted our time coming to your place of business if you had posted something more appropriate for your Hours of Operation. May I suggest: 'OPEN When we get there. CLOSED when we 've had enough for the day ' Edited my rating down to a 1 star."
