"Instead of my usual order, I ended up with just ham and no cheese. To make matters worse, my sandwich included pickles, spinach, red onions, and peppers, and it was made on multigrain bread. There was also no mayonnaise, which I had requested. While I’m not allergic to grains, I don’t like them, and I can't help but think about what could happen if someone had a real allergy.
What I really wanted was ham and cheese on artisan Italian bread with mayonnaise, lettuce, and light on the tomatoes. It's hard to believe that such a simple order could be messed up so badly. The restaurant needs to do more than just talk to their staff about this; these mistakes could be serious. To top it all off, I wasn't able to call the shop for a refund, and even if I could have, the person who picked up the order wasn't going to go back to sort it out due to the high gas prices. This isn't the first time this restaurant has messed up my orders when I order online. I wish there were a competitor that could show them how it’s really done. My other thoughts about this situation are not appropriate for sharing."
