"I visited a beautiful, clean, and modern café with plenty of indoor seating. I dined there during the pandemic and tried the Buddha Bowl, which was made up of quinoa, a whole baked sweet potato with skin, sliced avocado, BBQ cannellini beans, corn, pumpkin seeds, and tahini sesame dressing. It was fantastic! I particularly enjoyed the spiciness of the sweet potato, the texture and flavor of the grilled tofu, the beans, and the dressing. The owner mentioned that a new menu will be available in January, with many vegan options continuing to be offered. I also ordered a refreshing hibiscus lemonade, which was a delightful treat. If I could rate my meal, I would give it a solid 5 stars. I will definitely share my thoughts when I return to this café."
