"Cozy atmosphere with great views of the fishing shack and harbor. The menu is a really nice selection of local catch and land lover food. The chowda was outstanding, only to be surpassed by the excellent service. Our waitress was one of the best I 've had in ages. She was very friendly and offered excellent suggestions for beer and food. If you 're in the area, this is where you want to grab some local seafood. Atmosphere is decent and casual. Jeans and a sweatshirt are just as fine as business casual. Be sure to get a table with a view. You won 't be disappointed."

Amazing food! Ordered the Bouillabaisse and it was phenomenal. Great service and nice people. Highly recommend if you’re staying in the Rockport area!

The location of Blue Lobster is exactly in the middle of downtown. A small, but cozy place, with extremely nice waitresses. They do accept dining inside. It took us 45 minutes in the wait list to dine inside. In the menu there are a lot of see foods. Everything is tasty.

Within walking distance of the “red house”, right off the coast, the most photographed building in New England. They were able to cater to our eclectic tastes including seafood pasta, calamari, chicken strips, clam chowder, and burgers. All of it very tasty, though the burgers are definitely done more on the “well” side. The tables seat a maximum of six people per with dividing screens between.
