"Unfortunately none of the staff spoke German, despite the proximity to the German-speaking part of the Gstaad region. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great. Away from the hustle and bustle and yet in just under 10 minutes on foot in the village/train station. Our junior suite was beautifully designed with lots of wood, a Nespresso machine and a fireplace! We really enjoyed the view of the mountains from the balcony. The breakfast was ok. We had dinner at the hotel twice. Once in le roc and once in the bar. We were thrilled both times! We'd love to come back! Ma sœur et moi avons passés une excellente journée à l hôtel Rougemont. Une véritable surprise! Un cadre féerique , une chambre impeccable , sublime . L hôtel est cosy, décoré avec goût. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Le personnel est exceptionnel, des personnes aimables et professionnelles ils sont accueillants aux petits soins . Ils nous ont fait nous sentir à l aise , nous les remercions pour leurs acceuils et nous reviendrons c est sûr et certains. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
