"I found that because it's close to the Interstate. They had the 2nd best reviews, and we always have root for the underdog, so we gave them a jump. No regret. The ribs were delicate and fair pieces of meat. We had the 1/2 rack that came out with more than enough pieces for both of us. A good portion of size for the price of $11,50 I think. (Paid cash) The meat was well seasoned, but not to the end. We chose the Sweet BBQ sauce and they delivered 2 containers for the 1/2 rack. Again a generous amount. The sauce was very nice. I almost passed this little place, not much of a fan of BBQ, but decided I would try. Boy I am glad I!!! I had a drawn pork filled and loaded baking potato and it was to say the least, MOUTH-WATERING GOOOD! I recommend this place for anyone who wants something delicious BBQ that is just a little different than the rest.

My first time to try a Dickey's. I was pleasantly surprised. I am very picky with BBQ since I grew up near Owensboro Kentucky then spent 20 years in eastern Virginia. The lady who took our order was so nice and happy. I loved her smile and great disposition. I had the pulled pig. My husband has the bride. They made a mistake and gave my husband a potato meal. But they quickly corrected it. Our food was excellent. I recommend this pit stop when you travel I-10. We often go by here and plan to stop many times more.
