The food is average Chinese, I haven't tried the Japanese menu. The hot and sour soup was good. I tried DC because they are one of the only places in the La Vista area that serves one of my childhood favorites: shrimp toast! Other then that, with some of the other competitors in the area, I don't have a strong desire to return.

Came in with my wife for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the interior. The outside is very plain but the inside is really nice. There is nice seating area in the front and in the back there is a full alcohol bar and a sushi bar. We started out with a very nice, crisp spring roll and some very good crab rangoon. My hot and sour soup was delicious, but my wife's egg drop soup was cold and flavorless. For my main dish I had the Hunan delight (shrimp, chicken, beef, broccoli, baby corn, snow peas, bamboo shoots and carrots in a fairly mild brown sauce.
