Food was okay to very good. Ambiance was nice. A bit eclectic and needs some updating. Beer was very good with a good selection. Live entertainment was good but again not always German music. Service was good. Needs a bit more love for their German heritage! Prosit!!

I don't even know where to start with this review other than this: it's the best German food I've had outside Germany. Sitting on a corner lot in Bradenton, I decided to give this restaurant a try after seeing its high ratings. I am so glad I visited for dinner! This family-run restaurant is amazing. The schnitzels and sausage/brat options are plenty and fantastic. I opted for Nürnberger Platter, which consisted of 4 bratwurst sausages served with sauerkraut and sweet mustard. The sauerkraut was not too vinegary and had a nice taste to it (I think it was the caraway seeds it had in it). Their red cabbage, which I had as a side, was very good too.
