I stopped on a whim while traveling, and I am very glad I did! I was greeted immediately and welcomed. Chips were thin and crisp, and the salsa was flavorful, mild, and not a strong cilantro flavor. I added a bit of hot sauce since it was just me, and I like it a little spicy.For my lunch, I chose the Shrimp de Diablo. This is a dish of large shrimp and onions sautéed in a hot sauce based sauce. Combined with very tasty beans and rice and warm corn tortillas. They absolutely nailed the lunch.
