"Really cool place with the restaurant in the production brewery, which is set up as an altar for the high preist of brewing in cleveland, Matt Cole. Some of the best beers you will ever have. The menu is extensive. I had a philly. It was perfect. Place really fills up. It can be hard to find a seat at the 25 seat bar. Service was quick. I never had an empty glass. Some of the bartenders are awesome, and some are not. Same as most places, I suppose. I just noticed that there was not a lot of smiling by the staff. Bad moods or too serious. "

Great beer and great food! My wife and I stopped to check the place and absolutely loved it. We are from the Buffalo area and love our craft beer. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Keep the great work and service. The location in Parma is definitely a jewel.

I don't want to tell anyone about this hidden gem. Much more than North Olmstead location. No hair like I like it. Beer tanks galore, as expected, great beer, great pulled pork sandwich. Oh, and big, quick service. I saw the shoot too. Eat in a beer factory, drink, be happy. Ahhhhh.
