"The hotel overall was not horrible, but not as described. The Boxer has a lot of potential to be a great hotel but feels like it’s ran like a budget hotel. The lobby is very small and the rooms are smaller than expected. The staff was nice but never once initiated a greeting. Both front desk attendants were nice to answer questions but you would have to wait to get their attention. The back room by the lobby desk was visible to the public and stacked with trash. Electrical panels behind the bar were exposed and there was no clear indication on where to sit for a meal, or greeting for instructions. I chose not to eat here for this reason. I was charged for a morning coffee by a hostess/barte...

We had a great stay at The Boxer. The room had a very comfortable bed and Rose at the front desk was extremely helpful.

I had some complications with my reservations and Kartir at the front desk was literally a life saver. After an extended period time of phone calls and being place on hold, Kartir was able to accommodate my stay. I can not express how grateful I am to him. Truly a wonder person who went over the top for a me. KARTIR THANK YOU!!!
