"I came to eat with my family of four… we got our drinks rather quickly, I ordered chile relleno, my wife was gonna have some “cielo mar y tierra steak” but we never got our food, after we got our drinks… they refilled chips and beans tray twice, we were almost into a 35 min. Wait… needless to say, we payed our drinks and left.Worst service I’ve ever had. (And I’m not the complaining type or the guys who leaves bad reviews) that’s just to say bad the service was it made me write my first ever review… never coming back."

"rude staff. I was regular because the loaction made it comfortable, but the personal can never manate good or good body language protray. I'll talk to me behind my head, or let me wait 30 minutes for an hour to order my food. then one day it was the complete opposite and asked me before I even opened the menu when they should know my habits are pretty good in considering the tomorrow are slow. I understand that a waiter is not exactly a funny job, but these youngs all act like its privelage to order food without being discerned. my dessert is not so tasty when I had to wait an hour and thirty for them to bring a cake. the only waiter I'm gonna type is ricardo, maybe that's the reason why the others. read more"

"do not try to crack a sweat on this girl ruby because she accuses her to be intoxicated. I wish I had searched another server right after ordering. she literally has no sense of humor. we were happy to be funny and the rigid server told the manager doris that my sister frightened her cake. ruby accused my sister of the **** at the order, but gave her a drink. ruby came only to our table to take our order and she could pass judgment at this moment. we have never seen ruby after taking our order. others brought our food to the table. I never come back here again. the only positive is that eating was fast. we all came from a long working day to be treated as alcoholics. tipp: do not drink alcohol and look like her with a good time. if ruby is their server and they plan to order alcohol; request another server. it must be retrained in customer service and in tabc! I will not support their restaurants, and because all this unnecessary drama my nephew has not even got its ice cream, which she said, she will put it in the last time and she will not."

"the pulpits were very salted. we brushed off the salt and there was so much salt that it almost completely covered the bottom of the plate. I ordered the chickenfajita wrap and the tortilla was so tender and pasty because there was so much liquid in it."
