They serve large portions of well above avereage bar food. I think some peeps been going there for decades. Staff is 100% friendly and hard working. A few entitled regulars don't know they are rude when they loudly yell an order at an already swamped hustling bar tender. Yeah, there's a few neanderthals present."

Off the beaten path, mom's home style cooking, and rustic atmosphere (both inside and out it's located across the old school train tracks) makes this place one of my favorite places. Their fried chicken is amazing. The pricing is affordable, especially for families.

Decided to try Hersheys with my husband while we were in the area. We were greeted and seated right away. We loved the vibe, it felt like we were right at home! The live music was so fun and upbeat. If we had more time we would have stayed to listen dance. We shared the fried chicken, apple pie and pecan pie. All delicious!! We couldn?t decide which pie we liked the best, I?m glad we tried both. Such a cool place!!

Newcomers are NOT welcome. This was my first time here and I was looking forward to listening to the band and have a couple of beers. Unfortunately, neither bartender would even look in my direction let alone serve me. No hello, no be with you in a sec. Nothing. It was palpable how unwelcome I was and clear they did not want me there. As a solo female it was downright creepy. So I gave up and left. This place is strictly for regulars.
