"Quite literally the worst tuna poke bowl I’ve ever tasted. Do the preparers actually know what poke is, or did they just throw random things in a bowl? The chicken katau was ok but I’d equate it to frozen and rewarmed at best. I know good help is hard to find these days but it took about an hour and 20 to get this ménage of garbage. Zero stars. Do not recommend"

Perfect place to stop and eat while you’re doing a little shopping at Cascade Station. Hot Pot n Sushi is fantastic! This trip we got the Vegas, Spicy Tuna and California rolls. I can’t wait for the weather to cool down so we can get the ramen again!

We came in expecting a typical sushi track experience and were so wrong! This place was amazing. Great service and better food. The ramen was awesome. We really enjoyed our waiter (owner? and his stories about eating the same ramen as a kid. Super legit.

Great Food! Decent Prices! Service is very lose but sadly, they have signs all over the door seeking workers. They are trying hard however, I saw that! Give this great place a try : The Shrimp, Cali Roll, Edamame, cucumber salad, veggie tempura and the Shrimp Shunai (fried though were fabulous!
