"We have always been fans of KFC, but the last few times we visited, we were given fries instead of mashed potatoes when we asked for them. The Kosciusko location serves both KFC and Taco Bell. The food is delicious, but I gave a 5-star rating for the staff members who were friendly, enthusiastic, and respectful.

We used to be big fans of KFC, but our last few visits have been disappointing. The last time we went, they were out of potatoes and when we tried to order the big bucket of chicken with half original and half dark meat, they told us they couldn't fulfill our order because they didn't have enough chicken. If they don't have enough of something, it should be removed from the menu.
