"This place doesn 't know how to properly cook a pizza. Just scroll down and read all the comments about raw or undercooked crust. When I complained about it I was told you ordered it with sausage which was total BS. If you want the owner to even call you back you have to call Ledo corporate and he 'll arrogantly lecture you rather than acknowledge or fix that they have a consistent quality problem. I 've never had an issue at the Deale, Prince Frederick or Upper Marlboro locations. If you 've got a hankering for Ledo 's, skip this location"

I have had many bad experiences here and the management never seems to care too much to fix the issues that plague this location: undercooked pizza; slow service; simple orders that take longer than anywhere else in the area; staff who are inattentive and unhelpful at the counter.
