"It pains me to write this review because I’ve eaten food from here many times and each time it was great so thank you for those specific times however this most recent order was so disappointing that I needed to speak out since I can’t get my money back. As I said I’ve eaten food from here many times however I’ve never tried their spaghetti and “meatballs” and tonight I decided I wanted to. Sadly I made the mistake of not paying close attention to the spelling and realized once I got my food that their spaghetti and “meatball” (not plural) is just that. One meatball. The dishes were good, although the slab came half dirty, damp with some remains of food stuck to it like vegetables. The delicious desserts!!

So, I thought I would chime in again on this odd eatery. We have been hit or miss for a number of visits... however, we now agree, way more misses than hits. Tonight the signature Maggiano salad was marginal... but we plowed on, then came their fried mozzarella, which was immediately returned as it was still quite cold in the middle. Then the baked Ziti arrived... now I have lots of bowls in my name and garlic is near and dear to my heart, but this dish was so full of uncooked garlic as to make it inedible. We told the waiter very nicely of our displeasure, and to just bring the bill... all the items were still on the bill, which, while fine, seemed a bit odd, and I noticed that they charged...
