"What a great place! We had the chef’s tasting menu. Each course was served by chef Matteo, who described the preparation and the fresh ingredients. He obviously went to lots of work to prepare our dinner. Each course looked beautiful and tasted as good as it looked. The outdoor patio in the back of the restaurant is quiet and attractive. This was our first visit to Matteo’s but we will be back"

We took our mother to Mateo’s for her Birthday and the evening and food was amazing!! This is our time there and it’s always wonderful

You would be foolish not to go to Mateo's while in Healdsburg. Blend of Yucatan with local ingredients, all fresh and delicious. Informal and relaxing I liked the door being open on a warm afternoon and a few people coming in and out
