This place from the front may look small and deceiving, but when you walk in there are quite a bit of tables along the wall inside, with the prep, cook, service area across from them. It was almost diner style but more quaint. Then we were taken even further back to an outside space with nice tree coverage and several seating areas. We were seated at a large, unique, wooden table with some wicker chairs and wicker 2 seater sofas. There were comfy cushions on the chairs as well. The food quality outweighs the service. The owner seemed annoyed by every patron she came into contact with. The sandwiches were fantastic though- especially the Italian hoagie.

This place transported me back to Europe where simple, everyday things are extremely delish I had the omelette with Provençal herbs and second time I ordered cheesesteak sandwich, the homemade relish is the creme la creme of the whole meal. The devil is in the details

Run by a French lady who IS ABSOLUTELY SICK OF AMERICANS' SH*T and turns out authentic--and sometimes delicious--Gallic favorites. Obviously one too many people have snuck onto her patio, used her bathroom, or parked in her parking lot without being customers and she is losing her sh*t. The bathroom has a code lock on it. For real. By turns welcoming and severe, your hostess dishes out lovely toasted sandwiches, mediocre quiche, adequate coffee, and delightful desserts. Main courses are prepared with alacrity, but overall service is European--which is to say, pokey. If you want a napkin, you may have to ask. We were too scared.
