"We have eaten there many times. Before they increased the cost another $10 bucks and when we could bring our own bottle of wine, it was a good deal. Not any more. We went there recently sitting over the kitchen and my filet was rare and I ordered it medium. I sent it back to be tossed back on the grill. I watched as the cook with a disgusted look threw it on the upper level of the grill I think. (He used his bare hands to pick up my steak) Fifteen minutes later, I got it back and it looked the same reddish purple in the center. I didn't eat it. I took it home to cook correctly for breakfast. Just had a lovely dinner with family at Nataz. The steak was beyond amazing, the service was stellar. Everyone loved their food. The flavor profiles were original and memorable.
