"Nazar! Ooooh! Come on, you don't know this place already? You have to try the real gyro. The fresh Gyro lamb is amazing! Did I mention the lentil soup? Everything here is mostly traditional. Amazing grocery store also that really helps to understand the kitchen. This place is a jewel and a must for anyone looking for a long island. Big dune in experience and equal quality to go! This place has a reputation and has the test of time."

A friend brought me here and told me that the food was amazing. Very fresh food. ordered the lamb cabob, came with rice, salad and bread. I would definitely come back to lunch!

"Been here multiple times now. The staff is mostly friendly, a bit slow paced in comparison to other places. The food is usually pretty good again it is diner food so not expecting anything extravagant. The portion sizes seem to vary depending upon the time of day we have gone and day of week/weekend. The atmosphere is bland and quiet but not terrible. Family friendly but they do have a bar. Tables and booths available. Wheelchair access VIA long ramp, however accessible parking is limited. Overall it is a decent experience for a local diner."

"We both went to our birthdays and anniversary. The food was acceptable, but there was no ambience at all. The bartender and a girl we think spoke loud there. We were at a table in her area and couldn't hear our own conversation. Our waitress was sweet, but not well trained. The music was better suited for a bar than a restaurant. The food was decent. The Scallops Risotto of my husband was good. I chose the steak crostini appetizer as my dinner. The steak was perfect, but they overwhelmed it with too much butter Pesto. I scratched it and ate the steak. The squash soup was okay. Presentation was good. We spent $110 in total. Anyway, it didn't feel worth it."

"Our Little Italy is our go to pizza place 15x a year and here’s why: Taste. There’s six pizza joints within two miles of us…when I lived in SoCal, it was six Mexican restaurants. So, the competition is intense here and mom and pops rule. Here’s my take: Hospitality: 5/5 Food Quality: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Cleanliness: 5/5 Price: 5/5 Value: 5/5 Now, I’ve eaten in and taken out fifteen times this year. Fifteen different lunches or dinners…one consistent experience. Solid pizza, varied types. Good calzone options. Friendly beyond belief (for New Yawk) staff. Ownership always on duty. Strong community commitment. Good eat in value. And yes, Try The Veal… It works on all six HQSCPV levels. And that’s why the other spots only get visited twice or thrice."
