We had to get our own cutlery from another table nearby as no one seemed interested! You can’t even have a glass of tap water because they want you to pay a high price for bottled water. The food is very average. Better to get...away from Kudamm perhaps.

This is a place I really enjoy. An open, inviting restaurant that flows onto the wide pavement of the Kurfurstendamm (Ku'Damm to the locals) close to Hotel California and the BleibTreustr bus stop. An Italian inspired menu with great choices and interesting specialities. A full...range to suit any palette including great deserts. Comprehensive wine list as well as good wines by the glass. My favourite is the seafood soup it has heaps of fresh seafood and piquant broth (there is a milder version). What a great way to spend an evening with friends!

We have visited Berlin once or twice a year through the last years. Petrocelli is next to the hotel we stayed in the first times, and it became a tradition to come here. Great pizzas, good wine, ‘Italian’ service, great atmosphere, not too...expensive and lots of people. Not at least our daughters, now and loved the place. During the years Petrocelli went ever so slightly down the slippery slope of lower quality food, higher prices and worse service. But tradition still brought us back. Last year we decided that it had been the final visit, the atmosphere was gone, together with the good food and the service.
