"After reading the reviews I just had to pack up the car and take the family to Phoever for dinner. Luckily one of the reviews mentioned that they actually close at 8 pm even though the web says 9 pm. I called to make sure, and sure enough they close at 8 pm.Between the six of us we ordered pho, bahn mi, and rice plates. Everything was good. I wouldn't rate the food as GREAT; but I was happy with my meal. I didn't know it ahead of time, so I couldn't take advantage of the offer, but they give a ten percent discount to patrons that pay cash. Convenient and close to the base, the pho is delicious and the banh mi are awesome! The fried rice has great flavor, and topping it off with a boba tea is the cherry on top,

Visiting from out of town, hands down this is the best pho I ever had . Great customer service, clean space. The pho is delicious and the chili open just tops it off . The taro smoothie with boba is great and refreshing
