"We (my family) stopped in here looking for a fun time and good dinner. We were lucky enough to sit right on the edge of the river walk because the dining room was closed for a private event. The food was delicious and it was fun to sit by the river. The service was ok. Our server said she was new, which explained some of the funny things she did while serving, but overall she took good care of us. Great food and beer options! Wanted to sit outside but the wait was estimated over over an hour and indoor seating was immediate. Was a great atmosphere and service.

Not impressed. The food was... ok... the meat was drowned in Bbq sauce that wasn't good. The service was extremely slow, even if there were hardly any people. Don't come back.

We decided to try the Republic of Texas restaurant before our flight on the Riverwalk. Without waiting time, we thought we'd win. Should we have thought twice because there was no waiting time? Maybe. The service was ok, the food was meh, but the view and location were amazing. Our order was delivered incorrectly twice. What else can you do when you press for time, but eat and go? Believe it or not, the best service was provided by Mr. James, who was bus tables. Exceptional service was definitely not a priority with our server. It is time for a training if you appreciate your customers.
