"Roadrunner BBQ was an impressive experience. We had the sliced brisket plate, which is something I consider as being the litmus test for any serious BBQ joint, knowing firsthand how difficult that cut is to master. Now, you know the 'Cue is good when the sauce (which I didn 't personally care for) was completely unnecessary. The meat practically melts in your mouth, and that smoke ring was a thing of beauty. Super thick and burgundy red, but not over-smoked in the slightest. The meat was perfectly seasoned, though I would have loved a bit more bark on it. The owner of this restaurant called me and threatened my life while delivering her food and working.This is not normal behavior and rest assured the police will be hearing about this, as will FoPo management, all your other pods and the construction co you rent from. Ridiculous. How are you still open?

The owner is so sweet, and the barbecue sauce is to die for! I ordered the three meat platter and substituted chicken for the pork butt.The baked beans and mac and cheese were DELICIOUS, but unfortunately the chicken was super dry. But drenched in BBQ sauce, it was fine!And the sweet tea was perfect, not overly syrupy as most sweet teas can be.I'd come back!
