Look forward to visiting at new location. I have been a customer from the beginning when they were La Scarpetta and have enjoyed their food for a few years. The homemade pasta is always a treat,and the veal dishes are better than most of the places in Sarasota. .Sorry,I'm a spoiled New Yorker and I grew up eating veal cutlets.They know how to cook fish so it's not over cooked and I have had a bowl of soup for dinner on those late nights when a meal is too muchLook for the reopening,it's a real treat and I'm reluctant to tell everyone how good La Violetta is,it's difficult enough getting a reservation"
