"Walking into Smokey's Pub n' Grill is what I feel is a typical BBQ joint. Fun decor, open concept, wooden floors and paper towel rolls at the table. We started out with some wings. We got them plain so we could try all of their sauces. This was a great idea. Wings were smoked to perfection with a great crust. The sauces are AMAZING! All had a great unique flavor and sure beats your plain old BBQ sauce. I enjoyed them all so try them all. My wife and I split the southern hospitality (we are on diets), this is Memphis style slow smoked beef brisket and pulled pork topped with slaw. All worked great. Just enough meat to slaw ratio. This is an update on a 5 year old review. Our little community is blessed with one of the best BBQ joints in the state. Today's visit proved that the best could get better. Our server was a big part of making today stand out. Time for a good nap.

Great location for BBQ! Smokey's has a great selection of BBQ from beef, pork, and chicken. I highly recommend getting the ribs, and the platters are easily the best deal, giving you plenty of variety for sampling all the options. The BBQ sauce is amazing, and they give you a ton of options from sweet, spicy, and smoky. The appetizers are great, too. You can easily get filled up with all the great options if you want to appetizers and drinks. There are plenty of specialty drinks and plenty on tap.

Saturday night dinner with friends, extremely busy at 530 when we arrived which is actually a good sign! Parking was a nightmare, be prepared to walk. My husband and I had the Ultimate Platter, and the trade for fries was a confusing thing. In the end we lost both the beans and coleslaw and paid $1 extra for fries. The meats themselves were very good! The others in our party had the half racks of ribs and a sandwich of some sort everyone was full and complimentary. Super friendly staff, thanks guys!
