"We've eaten at Southerleigh at the Pearl and really enjoyed, so we were excited to try Haute South at The Rim. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the service was great, we highly recommend it! We started out with the meat pies, which were phenomenal! The chicken is definitely good! I wouldn't say it's the best I've ever had but definitely worth the try. The deviled eggs were really good but, you only get three? Mac and Cheese was the best thing I had!

We went for a family dinner. It was 5 adults 2 toddlers and a baby. We sat outside at a high top table. We ordered appetizers. The deviled eggs and oysters were really good. I got the rocks flight and my daughter got the frozen flight. Our waiter was good. He checked on us often to make sure we had what we needed.

Nice restaurant with good food and service. Went for lunch while visiting San Antonio, Texas. Fried chicken was excellent!!! A little too heavy for lunch but real crispy and juicy. You can't stop eating it! Good size portion. The oysters were amazing too!!! Can?t say much about the drinks bc I had white wine and it was refreshing and tasty.
