"NOT A CLEAN PLACE!!! The young bartender on 4/23/22 was holding a dog behind the bar and petting it. Put it on top of the bar to return it to the owner and then proceeded to pour beers while holding the glass at the top where you put your mouth. Never washed her hands!!!! The other bartender took the flight holders, that had been used, from the servers and put clean glasses in them out of the dish-machine. The holders were never sanitized between each use. I passed my concern on to the manager (he seemed genuinely concerned as well) and then never took care of any of it. I wouldn't be writing this if he did take care of it. The beers were good, a bit pricey, but maybe not in Dallas. Fried pickles were way overcooked and you could barely taste the pickles. The spice level was nice. Onions rings were greasy and not good. Looked like only one waitress in the place and the service definitely lacked. Had they not added 20% tip we would have tipped appropriate for the level of service.

I visited a brewery in Dallas in mid-June on a Tuesday afternoon because it was one of the few open at the time. I tried the beer and wing sampler and found the beers to be fantastic. The wing flavors were a mix of hits and misses - the BBQ was great, but the buffalo was mediocre. The overall presentation was good and the bartender was excellent. Unfortunately, I later discovered that the brewery had closed down the following Sunday.

1st the Mexican Lager was great! That's why I have two stars! The food was horrible! Maybe we went on a bad day! Party of 8 we all ordered something different so we can share. Brisket nacho's trash. Brisket is dry and bland. The cheese was super cold and hard. Overwhelmed with soggy chips. Brisket fries only part great was the fries but same as nachos just horrible. Fish and chips they manage to burn the fish and still have the audacity to serve it! The chicken parm was overcooked dry and sauce was just slapped ok there to disguise the **** served.
