"Situated on the luxurious Worth Avenue, Ta-boo is a dark, lushly styled upscale restaurant. The service was great, and the menu had a lot of variety ranging from fish to pork to steaks. I ordered the Filet Mignon and though it was not the best I have had, it was decent. The meat was well cooked and served with tasty mashed potatoes and vegetables. Another dish that stood out was the Shrimp Scampi, which the flavor exploded in your mouth with the lemon and sautéed goodness. The food was very presentable and the ambiance of the restaurant was aesthetic. I give it a 4/5 stars because the food wasn’t fantastic, but it was decent enough for the prices. TERRIBLY DISAPPOINTING TO SEE THE END OF TA-BOO AND WE SHALL ALL HOPE IT WILL APPEAR AGAIN IN PALM BEACH BEFORE TOO LONG.

My friends and I had wonderful lunch at Ta-Boo. We are so sad they are closing after 80 years on Palm Beach. We hope they decide to relocate so we can still enjoy their great restuarant.

Ritzy place. There was 7 of us and the service was great! We shared nachos and crab cakes for appetizers. I had the sweet potato crusted Sole.....it was excellent. I also had an expresso martini! We shared 4 different deserts and all were fabulous!
