"We went here and ordered 3 tacos, we only got 2. So we called and they said we could come back and they would give it to us. we came back and they asked who we spoke to but we didn’t get a name and said it was a male and had the receipt. When we got to the window the lady goes none of the ladies said they answered the phone. The girl continued to tell us we lied and to not lie again and gave us a dirty look. Very disrespectful if I do say so myself."

Idk what happened but that last few times the drive though speaker cannot hear anything I'm saying. Had to literally spell out what I wanted. It seems like it always something wrong here. Line is always huge.

I had placed a mobile order and when I went to pick it up the doors were locked. I went to the drive-thru and was told that they were closed. The girl explained that she was the only person there because they were understaffed. I asked for a refund and she told me that I had to call corporate for a refund. Took me forever to get through.
