Pictured is The Shorty, which is short ribs wrapped in a five cheese blend, garnished with garlic aioli and caramelized onions, which was astoundingly good! The cook made certain to put heaping helpings of each ingredient and then crisped all of the extra cheese that melted over the sides. I had a very good experience here. Great food for cheese lovers. I had the mac and cheese with beef rib that was amazing. The buffalo dip was real good it wasn't spicy. The food and the staff was great. Definitely will be back!

I took my 90-year-old grandmother here because she loves cheese and potatoes. She won’t stop talking about how much she loved it. The people were friendly, the environment was youthful and hip, and they have delicious craft sodas. Will definitely come back next time I’m in town!
