Very good restaurant offering a varied menu and above all beautiful cuts of meat. The setting is very neat and the outdoor terrace is very pleasant in summer. Waren vor der Fete des Vignerons auf ein kurzes Abendessen, hatten den Klassiker der Salate: Ceasar Salat, es wurde sofort und sehr genau auf die Allergien meiner Frau eingegangen und der Salat angepasst. Auch ein Tablett, wurde ihr auf den Rollstuhl mit weissem Tuch gegeben, so dass Sie es einfacher Essen konnte!Leider sind die Preise etwas arg hoch. Wie oft bei Hotelrestaurants, wo kein Nachbarkonkurrenz da ist, wird es Ausgenutzt. Ein Steak kostet da schon mal gegen 70 Franken! (in Deutschland bekommen wir zu 50 das im Buffet mit Fleisch a Discrétion! Darum nahmen wir den Salat, und weil es schnell ging.
