"After reading the reviews here, we were hesitant to give this place a try. Once you 've actually travelled in China, you kind of get realllllllly picky about your Chinese food. When we eat Chinese, we want authentic, which means it takes us back to China, culinarily speaking. And I am delighted to say that this place had us all on cloud nine. We made a point of asking for authentic spicing, and we weren 't disappointed. We had our lunch yesterday and opted for the daily offered menue. I had the crispy duck and my wife opted for the beef in black bean sauce! First there is a salad buffet to chose from and then you can take a soup. The main dish is then served by a friendly and very courteous waitress The restaurant setting is quite luxurious with gilt column, nice ceilings, pleasant environment. The food was nice and the portions are well presented. A good Chinese in the center of Brig!!! Shie shie
