"I have made a reservation with the open table ap for 6 people on ostern in this restaurant because we have 3 older people in our party and which is set up here is good for them moving around and it is lower key. I called 2 hours before the reservation time to add 2 people to the table and spoke to the hotel manager I explained I used the ap and wanted to change reservation - he seemed confused as I said 7-Asking 7 tonight or 7 people. Now I understand why it wasn't busy. When we arrived, it turned out that the restaurant didn't actually open that day, and the manager mentioned he was unsure why this restaurant appeared on OpenTable, as it shouldn't have. So here we were, on Easter Sunday, without a reservation. This was a significant inconvenience for our party of eight, and we ended up having to make other arrangements. This issue needs to be addressed.

The restaurant isn't open on Sundays, despite what both Open Table and the restaurant’s internal signage indicate. It’s located within a Holiday Inn, but there's no external signage directing customers to it. I gave a neutral 3 out of 5 rating because Open Table wouldn't let me leave an advisory without a review. I didn't want to give a low rating, as the place likely deserves better overall feedback. The receptionist seemed unfamiliar with Open Table, and a guest mentioned that the restaurant was undergoing a management change. It's disappointing, especially considering we drove 30 minutes to try this newly listed place.
