"The food we ordered was very good. The location is right next to the Startgels station for the cable car to Grauberger. We enjoyed the pike-perch, cheese platter, Taglierini in cognac sauce with wild mushrooms (very good) to name a few. The place seems to be popular, with lots of lunch groups and hiker groups dropping by. The service was ok. Can be better, but nothing to complain about. The elderly gentleman (I believe the owner) might come across as aggressive initially, but then he seemed helpful and engaging. Good options for vegeterains Overall a good experience. The views from the outdoor seating area are amazing."

"Reserved some days ago for four, the reservation was entered incorrectly by the staff and unfortunately we were turned away by an unfriendly gentleman with the reference that we should just come back another time. Two minutes later the same incident with other (potential and disappointed) guests UPDATE: the owner of the restaurant called us, appologized and has invited for an aperitif. Unfortunately, we could not accomplish and therefore the review raises from one start only to three."

"Very good kitchen for local specialties, I had breakfast, lunch and dinner at Parlatsch since I stayed here for two days. Weren’t disappointment with my high expectations about the location away from the noisy town of Flims. Hotel rooms are very clean and up-to-date may be a bit small but most people come here to enjoy the cozy restaurant and beautiful outdoors. Highly recommend, will come back next year"

"Meine Freundnin und ich waren für einen Kurzurlaub nach Flims gereist. Nachdem wir zuerst im Hide essen wollten, wo wir auch unsere Unterkunft haben, entschieden wir uns für das Restaurant Chesa . Zum Glück für uns!!Vom Service bis zum letzten Glas Wein und der schmackhaften Küche ganz zu schweigen, war der Aufenthalt im Chesa ein purer Genuss.Ganz besonders Chris und Dominik(hoffe richtig geschrieben) waren stets für alle Wünsche zu haben. Wirklich empfehlenswert."
