"I was able to reach customer service within a day or so, and I also had the pleasure of speaking to the manager at this particular Applebee's location, who was fantastic! After many visits, I finally received hot food for the first time. Overall, everything was good, but the hamburgers were overcooked. The $5 drinks were excessively sweet, almost painful to drink because of how sugary they were.

It really depends on when you go, how my experience will be. I went to lunch and had terrible service, but the times when I went to dinner I was treated like a person, service is fabulous, my meal is warm and edible. While I prefer Uno's (what I call the big boy Applebee's lol) this place is not really that bad.
