"A1. Hand Made Pork Xiao Long Bao pork A7. Steamed Bun with R3. Taiwanese Minced Braised Pork Over Rice M3. String Bean Minced Pork Stir Fry. I was looking forward to trying this cart but unfortunately it didn't live up to the hype. The XLB were too doughy and thick, and didn't have enough soup. The Taiwanese minced pork with rice was good but could have used more pickled veggie to give it more zing. I mixed the string beans into the mixed pork rice and that was good. Everything was okay but didn't seem to excel in anything in particular. It was fast and the pod area was clean and quaint."

So much food to choose from! Our son told us that we had to visit the food trucks in Oregon and they did not disappoint. Weather was beautiful and our meals were great. Very good experience.
