"Avenue Waterfront Grille is a great restaurant to visit the outdoor banks. It is located in downtown Manteo on the shore and has a magnificent view of the Shallow Bag Bay. Your service is great as well as your food. I was often in this restaurant and had a great experience every time I visited. They sometimes have live music outside on the deck and this is very pleasant. The host staff is extremely friendly and often checks for you how to eat to make sure everything goes well during your dinner. I recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a nice local dinner for the Outer Banks or if you just want to have a few drinks with friends at the bar and see a sports game."

This is a fantastic place to visit. The terrace is fantastic and offers a magnificent view. The server was very pleasant and helpful. The food was excellent. Fish with tuna are a must. They also serve an incredible chili. I'll return when I'm ever in the region.

This hidden gem was on point! We ordered Fish tacos . I ordered seared tuna rare on corn tortillas and my wife ordered fried red drum on flour tortillas. We both loved ours. Very fresh. The wait staff (I believe Evan) was very attentive and we enjoyed our first (not last) meal here. I enjoyed Crunchy Hydration Selter also. My loved her tequila sunrise .
