"EDIT (as of 6/29/23) This place still sucks. The manager is not helpful, and the terrible workers were hired right off the street. How is this place still running ? Overpriced and terrible food as well.Cant believe my pics from years ago gathered 24,638 views for them when they didn’t have a clear menu up at the time (I had the newest phone and best photo out of all the menu) yet the manager never ever apologized to me or corrected their workers mistakes. 2 strikes and they are out in my book. Cant believe I gave them another try.—————Food price 1/5, customer service -5/5I took my friends here Sunday 1/26/2020 around 4pm so we can try this place together after good remarks from other friend...

The food is fresh, healthy and varied. I’ve gotten the toast before and today we created a bowl to share. They have very flexible options and even smoothies. Killer chipotle mayo! One of my faves in industry city.

The best part about this place was the staff. They were pretty nice.However, the food and drink was not as great. I got the Portobello Road and the Lychee Dragonfruit drink. I'm sure they are healthier than alternatives but they seasoning was lacking. The drink wasn't very sweet.Considering the price, if I wanted healthy mediocre food I would rather just eat at home.

This review is for the Industry City restaurant. I haven't been to any other Avocadoria.Employees at the Industry City one have no common sense and mess up orders when you order through delivery and in person too. They can't follow simple instructions and will argue with you to your face when you're there in person. That's unprofessional and this isn't just a one time problem. I've been there 3 times in person and ordered twice for delivery and it's the same problems. Avocadoria in Industry City will NEVER get my business again and I don't want the company trying to buy me back with free gift cards or discounts. The place leaves a bad taste in my mouth and I wouldn't even eat food from there...
