"Only leaving 2 stars because the food was decent. Server didn’t seem interested in serving us. Coffee drinker at the table was offered 1 refill before the food arrived, but then literally had nothing to drink when the food arrived. None of the other three were offered a refill on their waters, and everyone was empty before finishing their meals.At one point, a little girl puked at a nearby table. Not one worker offered to help those customers, offered to move them to a new table, box up their food to go, or even clean up the mess. We had to sit and watch vomit drop off a table and splash in the pool of vomit literally 5 feet from our table for nearly the entire duration of our meal.Our server didn’t even know what happened because she didn’t bother to help or even look at what had interrupted everyone’s dinner on that side of the diner. She never brought us our bill and joked about “the show” while cashing me out. Literally heard a cook laugh about “one less order to cook” when another table got up and left while waiting for their food. Horrible experience. Avoid at all cost."

"BC Pizza is hands down the best pizza I’ve ever had. Every time I come to St. Ignace, I stop at BC Pizza. The breadsticks are SO good. I’ve tried both the regular breadsticks and the pepperoni stuffed breadsticks and they are equally delicious. I was pleasantly surprised by size and quality of the chicken Caesar salad. If you’re a salad lover I would recommend trying it. And most importantly, the pizza is PHENOMENAL. The crust, the sauce, and the generous amount of fresh toppings come together to create a pizza that is out of this world. The restaurant seems to always be busy, however the employees are awesome and handle the rushes like pros. I’ve never experienced long waits for my food here. I’m so sad that I live so far from here but it’s probably for the best otherwise I’d eat here every day. I HIGHLY recommend trying BC Pizza if you’re ever in St. Ignace!"

"My husband and I are high risk so we don’t eat inside restaurants. When we arrived, super hungry, excited to have found a vegan option in the area (which is hard to find), the outdoor seating area was full. I said “okay, we can do takeout”, only to have the hostess tell me they don’t do takeout?!?!? I’ve never heard such a thing, especially during Covid. How insane. Guess we’re eating granola bars for dinner."

"Motel desk clerk is grumpy and not welcoming. The rooms are small and fairly clean. Beds are good. Biggest issue is the amount of guests that sit outside the door of their room smoking. We were hit in the face by cig smoke every time we went in or out. Our vehicle smelled like cigs too. There was an elderly lady that chain smoked while sitting by her room wearing her pj 's, long term guest maybe? The motel needs to enforce the law that smoking must be at least 20 feet from any entrance. There is a grassy area off to the side that they could put up a smoking room/area which would prevent non-smokers from smelling the stink of cigs. As for the restaurant, the breakfast menu needs help. My husband does not eat pork but still had to pay for it. There is no option for eggs/potatoes/toast unless you pay for them separately which costs more than the order with meat. One thing we noticed is the booth behind us didn 't want their toast but the waitress said she was going to order it anyway and eat it herself. I mean...I guess that 's ok but it seemed odd that she told them what she was going to do. I don 't recommend the hashbrowns, they 're just rehydrated potatoes and not good. However, I like my eggs over medium and they made them perfectly. Pancakes are so tasty, no syrup was necessary."

"We loved this little restaurant! Beautiful view of Lake Huron from the back, excellent and friendly staff, and the food was surprisingly great! We had expected it to be a good, regular American fare, but it was better than expected. We even had the last customers of the night come in just 45 minutes to close, and the staff was thrilled to host us (not upset, as it is sometimes the case before closing. Definitely a great small place in St. Ignace."
