"We reserved for Valentine's Day but when we arrived there were 4 other couples waiting who had also reserved. After waiting 5 minutes a manager approached us and told us that they had overbooked and it would be at least a 30 minute wait. The only place to wait was by the door which was already cramped and after waiting 10 minutes and observing that none of the table we were standing next to had even been served, we left."
