Other than the food, you watch the preparation in a wide-open, intimate kitchen, and are served delicious wines that pair perfectly. It's pricey but worth it."

That was the best dinner we have had on the East Coast of America. Right up there with Saison in San Francisco and Guy Savoy in Paris. Everything was excellent. Outstanding!

Blanca: you’re doing something very unique and special over there in Bushwick. And you have let us experience that eating at a 2 star Michelin restaurant can be informal sexy and hipster cool. I have eaten in 3 Michelin star restaurants before and my dining experience at Blanca blew all of them out of the water. The meals were well executed and the wine pairing complimented the dishes. Staff was extremely attentive and went out of their way to make the whole experience an unforgettable one. This place deserves its 3rd star.
