"spoke to the new manager. he was very friendly and seemed very sincere in managing these problems. while eating was in order what I ordered was really frustrating. first, with only 2 cars in front of me, I had to wait 15 minutes. then, my simple order of 5 pieces superior combo, pommes, no sose, add Slav, limonade was obviously much too difficult for the personal to handle. after 4 I finally filled my order correctly. had to say for my drink, we have no limonade. also I had to ask for my change $8 then correct them if they had short-circuited me probably because they had lost the entry into the process. what should be a quick and easy eating that turns into a real annoying."

I ordered the 3 piece chicken tenders. When I stop by the window to pay. The employee said they were cooking my chicken so I had to wait. My chicken tasted pretty disgusting, it was not fresh, it was cold. I'm not coming back to restaurant again.

Tried drive through, no answer. Walked inside and all employees hanging out in dining room. Dining room smelled like pot. Should have left but hungry. Chicken sandwich and fries were cold. I just left and ate the $8 worth of food. It was non rush hour at 3 pm but sheesh.

Horrible service at drive thru. Didn't give a receipt, got my order wrong , got chicken pieces instead of chicken Supremes, used too much spice, and we had to wait over 30 minutes. We were to have it brought out to us because had other people's orders in line ready, but had to go in anyway. While I waited, several employees looked out of the window to see if we were still there, one employee had all of his underwear showing. Worst Bojangles I've ever been to.
