We absolutely adore Bonnie Ruth's! The food is excellent and the desserts are outstanding (especially the Carrot Cake!). We enjoy the atmosphere, and the staff is consistently welcoming. The restaurant is impeccably clean. We cannot praise this place enough!

I have been wanting to give this restaurant multiple chances, but today's experience was so horrible that I had to leave a review. Since this location opened, I have been disappointed with something every time I have dined here. However, it is hard to find good French food and mussels elsewhere. We arrived early for our reservation and went to the restroom. When we returned, our group was already there. We were seated at a booth opposite a kiosk where servers were constantly gathered. The server got 2 out of 6 orders wrong, and I had to get up twice to ask for help.
