"Our server was great. However, service was poor. There was only one server taking care of too many tables. We ordered cocktails from the bar but canceled the order When they delivered our food. Drinks shouldâve been delivered first.We were told there was no bartender on duty. The manager should have been on the floor helping out. After the food was delivered my husband ordered a beer but they were out of most beers. The place looked old and worn. Definitely needs a redo. We used to go to Buca di Beppo on a regular basis years ago but will not be visiting this restaurant again."

The overall experience was ok. There were a few times we had to ask for things, such as silverware, water, napkins and bread. Our table wasnât ready. Food was great though.

My family enjoyed our meal. The server was busy but handled the situation well. Our Caesar salad was soggy and seemed to not be made fresh but all other dishes and appetizers were great. We will return for sure!
