"That was the worst experience I have ever had at a Burger King. We had to evacuate the airport at the La Quinta Inn due to a hurricane warning on 3/21/22. I went to the only open restaurant and found the front door locked. I knocked, but the worker just looked at me and continued serving customers in the drive-thru. I was told I needed to order from a car, and the worker was very rude. I ended up leaving without getting any food. It was a terrible ending to a day where everyone else in Texas had treated me with respect and friendliness."

There are no double hamburgers available at this restaurant. They do offer double cheeseburgers but you cannot customize the toppings, only the cheese. I tried to order but they wouldn't allow me to.

I ordered the new chicken sandwich yesterday over a turf and received a overboiled, dried, chewing, gumy, hard chaos. the taste was terrible. I had the new sandwich before and loved it, so clearly it was a problem with this place. Beyond that, the load did not remove any item from my acknowledgement that he could not fulfill. had to contact doordash for refunds on both items. I will never order from them again.

This restaurant is absolutely disgusting. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Not only did they get my order wrong, but they also messed up the orders of the customers in front of me. The place is so filthy that I have to emphasize it twice. I have been dining here with a group of 20 people for the past 8 years and nothing has improved. We always have to wait over 30 minutes for our incorrect orders and the cleanliness of the restaurant leaves much to be desired.
