"These are some of the photos from what we experienced at Easter Dinner. Our server told us she had to be reminded as she forgets a lot. Drinks weren’t refilled, they ran out of dessert and when asked they added a snickers pie that was dug up quickly to put something out. When I called to speak to a person in charge 2 days later, I was transferred to Emily Good’s voicemail, I called back and GM Larry took the call. This was the same GM that was in a chef coat slicing meat and did not clean, refresh or manage the dining properly the day of Easter, BUT decided to hang up on me when I rebutted everything about our experience. I am not sure what is happening with Mgt here or how they got to this...

Went for a brunch. The venue was elegant, the choices of food extensive, the waitstaff friendly, attentive and competent.

We have stayed at Cameron Estate for approximately 16 years when we come to visit our son and his family. We love the history of the estate and have always been very pleased. When we arrived this time on Saturday evening we saw a bride and groom outside taking pics. There were actually two weddings that evening. The venue has changed a lot. We immediately noticed they had added on to house. It is still a great place to stay but I would say it is more of a venue for events than the traditional bed and breakfast that we had always enjoyed. I do have to compliment one of the employees on our last day. When I went to get our coffee on the last morning I was happily greeted by Connie. We had been t...

"Gus’s is my favorite place to eat. Whenever it is my turn to pick where to go, here is where I pick. However I went by myself yesterday and it was horrible. Worst of all, no one cared. It was a very bad experience for me. The food tasted great and it came out in a decent time frame. However the silverware was dirty and the service was terrible. The waitress told me they had brussel sprouts but she was wrong and just brought me mixed vegetables that I did not order nor want. She never came back to see if things were good and my water was empty the entire time. I wanted a to go order which was a huge issue and I had to ask for the check which I was overcharged. Overall she was the worst waitress I ever had at Gus’s. When I went to leave I told Kelly that the food was good but the service was lousy. Instead of her asking what happened she became argumentative and said that I had one of their best servers. She then gave my credit card to a young man and walked off. So she also gave me bad customer service. Yvette left who was one of their best servers thank goodness Becky is still there. If I go back I will request Beckys area because she always gives excellent service and in return I give her an excellent tip. I tried to call and talk to someone about my experience and was told that besides Kelly everyone was in Greece till the end of July. Shame on Gus’s for treating a customer who has been loyal for years. Like a bother and as if I did something wrong. Good food, terrible customer service !"
