"This small restaurant is fantastic. However, for the past month, my drink has consistently had coffee grounds in it, which is unacceptable. Today, it happened yet again. I know that mistakes can happen, but it shouldn't be a daily occurrence, especially for a chain like Caribou or Starbucks. It's frustrating to have to find a new place to get my coffee, especially when I'm paying $6 for a drink that I can't even consume."
