"I woke up at 3:00 to take my son to the airport. I stopped at this caribou on my way home and arrived a few minutes before opening, so I waited in my car. When the woman who works unlocked the door at 5:00 when she opened, I went to order a coffee. The woman who unlocked the door said in a very bad tone, "Can't you wait until we turn on the light? I knew I was there when they opened, but didn't expect such a bad greeting. Fearable attitude, the opposite of good customer service. I went out and took my coffee to the street where I was greeted. How can I help you today?"
